Self Studies Series™

The Self Studies Series is an intensive self-exploration consisting of three highly acclaimed and proven programs: ReDefining: Rethink, Repattern and Recreate Yourself, Self-Exposed: An Exploration of the Self, and Lateral Living. Each program is experiential and provides techniques and guidelines to develop inner awareness and conscious, comprehensive thought and visioning skills. Through a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates journaling, inner exercises, and creative assignments, participants find themselves on an intriguing journey of the self - immersing themselves in memories, story lines and associations, uncovering beliefs as well as dreams, and unfolding the many possibilities of potential. The Self Studies Series culminates with a sense of accomplishment and empowerment, and most importantly with an established foundation and enthusiasm to continue the journey of the self.

It's Business as Unusual:
Recognizing and Rethinking Personal Patterns™

It's Business as Unusual: Recognizing and Rethinking Personal Patterns brings our usual way of thinking and perceiving, our personal patterns of perceptions, to the forefront to explore how they affect and influence our experience in the workplace. The two key programs, Incorporating Concepts and Framing a Foundation for Success, highlight the individual and the individual's position within an organization, with emphasis on practical application and sustainability of learned techniques and concepts. They provide a method for examining and assessing the infrastructure of an organization. The inner structure of any organization rests on its people - their ideas, their creativity, their emotions, their motivations, and their perspectives. As deficiencies and strengths are identified, they become resources to repattern and build a productive, collaborative, enthusiastic environment.
