Both an adventurous explorer of life experience and a visionary,
Danna Quinn is the creative force behind InnerBound, Inc. If you were to ask her to
describe herself, without hesitancy she would respond that she is a life-artist.
This is a term she has defined as one who approaches life as a three-dimensional
painting - the artist in the midst of her creation. She has always felt a deep passion
for exploring inner reality and how it relates to the objective world.
Danna has explored this theme as a photographer and has shown her
work internationally. Prior to co-founding InnerBound, Inc., she spent fifteen years
holding intriguing workshops and retreats based on her original concepts of
self-exploration and creativity. These programs eventually led to the creation of
InnerBound, and form the foundation for the programs and publications currently
offered.
Her book, ReDefining: Rethink, Repattern, and Recreate
Yourself, was released in March 2002. She is currently working on the second book in the Self Studies Series.
Communication and collaboration have been the overarching themes
running through Shirley's personal and professional experience. She has developed
and facilitated change management strategies, communication strategies, and training
plans for federal and local government agencies. As a strong advocate for women and
minorities, she has counseled business and professional woman's associations, developed
non-traditional training programs, and helped pass state and federal legislation
benefiting small business owners. Shirley has taken her business expertise and
combined this with her love of people to co-found InnerBound, Inc.
