INCORPORATING CONCEPTS:
Broadening Perceptions and Developing Visions

Incorporating Concepts is an experiential program for business and organization decision-makers establishing foundational skills and presenting a new approach for planning and assessing. The program provides company navigators with new skills of perception to broaden visionary outlooks, and techniques to more fully comprehend issues and situations that stall progress. The training introduces Concept-Modeling, a technique for creating and implementing action to resolve identified issues and pursue visions. Incorporating Concepts identifies a broad spectrum of concepts that surround and support an issue or a vision. By recognizing these concepts participants will be able to skillfully maneuver toward their goals.

The program focuses on the wide variety of issues encountered in managing and navigating a business, and emphasizes the significance and application of vision in business. Participants work with issues and visions specific to their own circumstances, giving them insight and direction to apply in their business experience and beyond.
